i'd sandbag for a 22 year old B- RP with F endurance. Lower your standards.

I was ~7 games ahead in the loss column when the draft pool appeared and didnt see that the nearest competitor started tanking until they were even with me in which I started bagging. For the last ~20 games it was neck and neck but lost out by 1 game, 113 losses for me, vs. there 114. If would have tanked earlier would have had the best prospect have seen in Sim. I just didnt go to the extent that the other guy did, am just not a good tanker....oh well.

insane tank job by that guy. he can actually get in trouble for that. I've seen admin chris penalize a team for doing that in speed leagues and such.

Can't complain, I just got out-tanked.

If admin had the hours or ability to update the league, it would be nice to see some sort of long lasting penalty for tanking.

Something like winning teams the previous season got an increase on their players' stats the following season... Or teams who picked up and played pitchers with D control had a chance of losing their first pick in the draft (coin flip).

One reason I enjoy Nuzzy's TWL league is because of the 55 win rule.

I was in a league that gave out a 1 draft position penalty for every 5 losses above 100. i.e. if you had 106 losses and the worst record, you're drafting 2rd. If you had 111 losses and the worst record, you're drafting 3rd. That was fun. Amazing how you could

A real pickle every 1 is in regarding tanking. WIthout anti-tanking boundries (loss-penalty, draft lotto, etc) a person would be foolish not to tank esp. as noted above. I am for pro anti-tanking rules/boundries.

By-the-way, for U new owners tanking is acceptable in this league per gentle-mens agreement.
That is correct, right?

yes, people do tank in this league unless you call playing a D- control pitcher "development"

in my defense, as a consistently bad team in this league, I am not intentionally tanking. I absorbed a bad/old team and am making due with what i can work with.

more than happy to trade to get better. But the only trades I've been getting are 34+ OS vets for a Round 1 Draft Pick. I've received a trade like this more than all other trade offers combined.
