Possible #1 Draft pick available

I have St Louis's first round draft pick this year.
It could possible be a #1 pick but most likely at least in the top 4.

I am looking to trade it off for some pitchers with a couple years left.
And also maybe some hitters with a year or 2 left.

I'll bundle it with whatever else I have to offer.
