Question about teams leaving

Those teams that are leaving . Do their players go into draft with the rest ??? I would think so .

I think in other mergers, players on rosters not going into the new league were all simply retired.

Yes, the players will be retired. We will all keep our current players. Their histories will be erased, but they will have the same skills and age when we start the new league.
