There's no crying in baseball...

This has been my most injury-riddled season in a long while. Seven major injuries. I've actually had to manage instead of rolling the ball out to the mound and say 'Play ball'.

Not that the rest of the league will weep for me. :D

Say, whats your definition of a Dynasty? Am thinking if you have back-back of what most say are dynasties. Thats a feat. Win 3more WS, and continue with a new roster with another 3more.

I wouldn't consider two in a row a dynasty. Three in a row maybe.

I would say my current team would fit, five championships in 7 years.

Before that
Seattle from 2164-70 six in seven years
SD from 49-53 four in five years
Seattle 2135-42 six in eight
Seattle 29-31 three in three
Boston 17-19 three in three
Pittsburgh 2114-16 three in three and 11-16 four in 6

Our you can look at it another way, Seattle has made the playoffs 53 times in the last 61 years.

You missed my point Nuzzy, am not talking back-back WS, but back-back Dynasties (what most people call Dynasties 3 or more in 5 seasons or so?) So back to back Dynasties would be with a core of different players. Like the old Yanks were. Am thinking Dynasties should be at a higher standard and not just winning the WS for 3 seasons over a span then going into 2nd division for 10 seasons.

Settle could be considered a dynasty then. Long sustained run at the playoffs.
