Minor league system

A proposal has been floated to change the minor league system from the default System 2 to System 6. System 6 is essentially the same as System 2 except it does not force you to split your coach points between both pitchers and position players.If there is a general consensus that this would be a positive change, I'll set up an official vote on the topic.
