As I see it, only 75% of the owners voted so far. I would like to get 100% or as close to it as possible. Lets say tomorrow (Thursday) at 8pm (EST) for the final count. Thanks for making this a remarkably positive exercise.Rich

Ok...seven for change and six for the status quo. I tend not to not want to adhere to a simple majority and let things remain. To give full disclosure: I voted to stay the same. To that end, a commissioner free vote would be 7-5 to change.** nine of twelve equals a 3/4 while eight of twelve equals a 2/3 majority.
