I'm going to chaperone the Ninjas, I've done this for about 20 teams and my policy is always the same, I want to set the team up so that it will be attractive to potential buyers.
I will trade but I will almost always post those trades for advice, I haven't checked the league rules that closely yet so give me a heads up if I cross any lines.
