2TL Playoff Promote/Rest Error?/Dynsaty Bot Error

We just concluded the 2TL Divisional series in 6 games, and I was able to take players off rest to replace an injured player, but was not able to promote someone from the minors.

Not sure if I should be able to do either until we get to the league day of the conclusion of the series, I am wondering if this is an error.

Also it looked like Cleveland Dynasty bot picked up a few guys from the wire and promoted them right before their Divisional series began:

So those guys were ineligible for the playoffs, and he had some guys rested that were potentially eligible...
