It's still early on this guy. SHould be awesome if he develops. If you'd like to take a flyer on this guya and bet he's some kind of "enigma" or "late-bloomer" development type, offer me a 2nd rounder for him and he's yours

I've never seen a position player be a bust - plenty of pitchers though.

position players are indeed busts, but not in the obvious way that pitchers are...They just convert far fewer ICs. 35 of 60 in an 18YO insted of 50 or 55 of 60.

Hitters are tougher to identify as noted above. Don't forget to subtract the speed improves if he already has A+ speed, before determining his curve.
