I didn't get a response from Boston or Toronto. I can't put a team on the replacement list until the owner has been inactive for three weeks. But both these teams now qualify, so I will add them to the list tonight.

Boston and Toronto have been added to the replacement team list. There are currently 38 teams on the list, so it may take a while before we get new owners. So if everyone makes a concerted attempt to find new owners, It will definitely speed up the process!
