I've been told that catcher mentoring skill affects pitchers improvements. It will also clear up your complexion.
Somebody take this guy and let him finish his career helping other players. It's just sad to see him rotting in our minors.

This 3-time allstar is now 36, and cleared waivers to reach our minors. He's A+/A+ as a mentor - the kind of catcher/mentor package that might appeal to a rebuilding team.I've been told that catcher mentoring skill affects pitchers improvements. It will also clear up your complexion.
