Southwest still doesn't charge anybody for bags.
The feedback I get from our guys in uniform is American and Continental for military stand-by.

Typical Delta. Worst airline I ever flown (with the possible exception of Air Tunis) and I flown them all.Southwest still doesn't charge anybody for bags.
