Had a similar situation in the BSL, we ended up having Tyson ask the guy to give up his team. The reason cited was league inactivity. (Boston owner)

Tyson usually likes to give absentee owners plenty of time to respond. I'll check with Tyson again tomorrow.

Actually, it's three weeks of inactivity before I can post the team on the replacement list. As soon as that deadline comes, I will list the team. In the meantime I've asked Tyson for an update on the situation.

Yeah i checked after i posted and saw that. Before that it was over a week and then he logged once and now nothing again. Just kinda sad to see a team fall into this kinda state with nothing to go forward with.
