general idea: you change the names to a theme, like ME could do the Mascots, and name all his players after mascots, so his team would have Youppi! and Billy The Marlin and stuff. Now concerning what happens when you trade players, you keep their names, so maybe Youppi! will end up playing alongside Mario Mario or whatever.

anyway, i want to join another private league with lots of major OT posters. I think Syco was interested too.
I dont want to be the moderator, because other people could do a better job. I look at what syco did (Prestige index, gold gloves, all time all star team etc) and think i would never do all that stuff...
anyway, Young, you should definatly join, as should whiskey and cubsfan and all of you!

ME signed up to try to get this through as did Jojo i believe. I actually could. I'm making money and I've decided not to eat lunch so I actually keep the money (I've found that when I do homework instead of eat lunch, I become much more productive and have more time to do stuff like SD). I call rappers.

My team will be the Brooklyn Alter-Egos. I did submit an application a while ago, but it pretty much sucked. I think i would be a good moderator though because i have fun with stats and crap like that.

Also, Jojo, the alter egos probably isnt enough for an entire team for a long time. I expect basically all 1st and 2nd round picks to be renamed. You could probably make pitchers alter egos.

I havn't decided on a name - possibly the Coco Crisp league cause he has a great name or the Vladimir Guerrero league since he is my favorite player. Any suggestions on players with funny names that were actually good?
I would be taking NY-AL, unless someone really wanted NY-AL, in which case I would take NY-NL, but I would have to have one of those teams for the New York Mascots.

I sent in a formal proposal to moderate this league. This would be the only league I would be interested in joining, since I dont have lots of money.If we can get a few more people who would definately want to be in, than we probably could get this league to start sometime soon.

Atticus Finch I will probably use. I would LOVE to do Gatsby, but he's already the name of an ace pitcher in the Edd Roush League, and I'd feel like I was cheating. Huck Finn I'll probably do, I have never read Ender's Game, so Wiggins is out. If I did a character from Hamlet, it wouldn't be the H-Man, but Oedipus could be my Greek tragedy man.

Im starting to think Ill have trouble keeping up with 2 dynasty teams and a private team. Once I get the hang of it ill join another private league. Probably this one if it ever gets off of the ground.
