"For seasons two and forward, unlimited waiver claims (green and red categories) may be made at any time. The free agents (no color) may not be picked up until after game one of each new season has been played. Each team is limited to one free agent claim per day for the first three days after the amateur draft is completed (not counting the day the draft is completed). So, for example, if we would finish the initial draft on a Monday, the first day you could make unlimited free agent pickups would be on that Friday."
