I don't know if all the owners of the league know, but CP trading is allowed in this league, and here are the very basic rules to CP trading that have been in force since this league started, but has not been done at all since May 2015.......

What has to be done, so that we can avoid any confusion in the future is that the entire trade (if it is only a CP trade or if CP's are included as part of a trade) must be listed in the CP/Other Trades post. You can copy and paste it from the completed trades dropdown to the CP/Other trade post.....

Here is an example of a CP trade that I just posted

Trade #1373997 has been completed between the New York 1969ers and the Cincinnati Tortfeasors. The Cincinnati Tortfeasors receive Jim Littrell, Ollie Koch, Juan King, Draft Pick - 2067 Round 2 (NYN) from the New York 1969ers in exchange for Danny Smith.

Also included in this trade are 5 CP's for the 2066, and 5 CP's for the 2067 season, going to Cincinnati.......

That is basically the rules on CP trading, and like I said it is just used to avoid any future confusion... It also protects owners in that if the owner disappears that is holding another teams player with CP's on them, we can get that player back to the team that was receiving CP's.

When you do receive CP's from another team, you are actually trading that player over to the CP giving team for nothing, and after the CP deal is over, that players is traded back to the original team, for again nothing....Usually the team receiving the CP's will add the City of their team to the end of the players name before moving him over......

The going rate for an even up CP trade was usually a second round pick, but CP's can be worked into a trade in any way that the two parties agree on.......

This post was just a reminder that this league does allow CP trades, and pretty much how they work, so have fun with it!!!!

If there are any questions about CP trading, either post them here, or send me a U2U..........

Thanks, Apps
