Is this correct?
Sky are we gonna stick with the default rules of walls every year and stadium every 5 OR maybe walls every 3 and stadium 1 time every term??

So our changes we make will take affect NEXT season not the 78 season.(Meaning 78 season we will have same stadium as always)

Yes, as dj indicates, the changes will be put into effect in the offseason after the current ('78) season ends. We should discuss and then vote on how often we wish to allow the changes. I'll start a thread for that soon.
